Description

Build Specifications

The following specifications reflect our standard specification for this product and can be modified to your specific requirements:

  • 1 x 1000V 20kA 250A Circuit Breaker, c/w lockable handle
  • 1 x 1000V 20kA 50A Circuit Breaker, c/w lockable handle
  • 1 x 110kW 24Vac Contactor
  • 1 x 40kW 24Vac Contactor
  • 1 x Overload Unit with Remote Reset
  • 1 x 150A Receptacle
  • 1 x 60A  Receptacle

 

  • 1 x Pump control module
  • LED indicators – Power On, Pilot, Run and Fault Indication,
  • Local start / stop push button, pump manual / auto switch, earth leakage test and keyed reset switches, pilot test switches and overload reset
  • 40mm Lock-off stop button
  • 24VAC lighting outlet
  • 2mm zinc plated, powder coated enclosure (1000 x 1000w x 300d) and rolled frame
  • 4mm aluminium gland plate
  • Lockable handles

Build Standards

Our substations are manufactured to the following standards:

  • AS/NZS 3000
  • AS/NZS 3012

Depending on your requirements and State regulations, we can upgrade the substations specifications to:

  • AS/NZS 2081
  • AS/NZS 4871
